Students from the National Trade and Banking High School are introduced to business in practice under the guidance and mentorship of businesswoman Gena Sabeva.
They spend their internship with two of the franchise partners of VIT – Mattress Exchange: Peya Stoynova and Maya Stoyanova who spend a lot of their time with the students and allow them to experience real business in the field. Some of the students who are interested in accounting and finance learn the basic and most important things from the accountant Zoya Mavrova.
During their internship, students have the opportunity to get to know and work with different professionals, to get acquainted with the practices in different professions, to attend business events, and will realize their own project at the end of their training.
The students also attended the first module of the Mentoring Program 2022, during which they learned more about leadership thinking, the rules for structuring the right business goals, teamwork skills, and what the qualities of a successful entrepreneur are.
